It's a New Day for Women's Ministries, and we are excited about the possibilities that await us. We are an amazing group of Godly women who's goal is to connect women of all ages and cultures. In fact, there are women in your sphere of influence who are waiting to make a connection with you. These women want to be your friend but are just not sure how to approach you. They need the positive influence that only you can give. Women the world over are looking for someone who will understand their hopes and fears as only another woman can. Women's Ministries provides the opportunity for connections to take place. Genuine life-change happens when someone enters a woman's emotional world, connects with her, and encourages her on a personal level.

Although we have a vision to touch tomorrow's world, that is most effectively accomplished through our actions today. The strategic goals of Women's Ministries act as a compass to guide our various activities and events. Everything we do should be evaluated as a means toward reaching our three strategic goals.
STRATEGIC GOALS
1. Spiritual transformation and growth (Romans 12)
2. Excellence and effectiveness in ministry (2 Peter 1:3-8)
3. Optimum involvement in service (Ephesians 1:11, 4:12)
MISSION
Women's Ministries exists to:
1. Provide opportunities for spiritual growth
2. Facilitate women in their respective ministries
3. Build positive relationships (through fellowship&service)
4. Network across denominational, organizational, generational, ethnic, and cultural boundaries.
